The room was fantastic and the dining area and breakfast also stunning. Lovely garden to sit in with the dogs, and definitely dog friendly NOT dog tolerant.

Selsey itself in the pouring rain wasn't the most inspiring town, but we cannot blame the hosts for that!! Could possibly do with a lamp by the mirror.

It was extremely clean the bed was comfortable and no disturbing noise slept like a log.The breakfast choice was great and it was a difficult decision but settled for Eggs Benedict the best I have had. .

Food - staff - one bed was too soft for 1 person - but the other liked it.

Excellent personal service. Breakfast good with healthy options. Little.touches, such as tomatoes on the vine, home made polish cakes and brown bread was upgraded to granary bread. We had a home made pie in the evening, sitting in the garden. All these little extras made the stay. The bus stopped outside, so it was easy to get into Chichester. One evening we had fish and chips overlooking the solent.

The rooms could have been larger, but for that I would expect to pay more.
