Lovely owner and staff. Wonderful, sunny, well-maintained garden. Breakfast was excellent, with an extensive selection of cooked options, and several homemade treats on the buffet. Served in a sunny, beautifully decorated dining room, with lots of attention to detail. Dogs are really welcome, we loved the little touches provided like treats, towels, a dog snack menu. Nice courtesy tray, including milk in the fridge. High-quality beds.

The double bed in room 10 is too narrow for two people, so although the mattress is great quality, we didn't really have a restful night as we couldn't turn around without bumping into eachother. Bathroom is very clean overall (as is the rest of the room), so it was a pity to see some mould and rust in the shower.

"Beautiful location, clean, comfortable and welcoming – ideal for a beach getaway!"

9.0

We loved the warm welcome from Damon, the clean, generously-sized room and bathroom, and the delicious breakfast (especially the Polish apple pancakes!) It's also a great location, if you like a short walk to the sea. Good restaurants within walking distance, too.

This is only a tiny inconvenience but we didn't love the electric shower. Not much power and the temperature also randomly fluctuates mid-shower.

The garden was great to be able to enjoy the lovely weather. Opportunity to eat breakfast outside. Garden room was spacious with a fan for the hot weather! Great breakfast. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

"Fantastic night, as always."

9.0

This was at least our 3rd stay. We always book Room 7 as we have a double bed and an adjoining room with 2 singles for the children. There is everything we need, including a mini fridge in the room. It was really hot too, and there were fans for both rooms. The best part, however, is always the breakfast. Outstanding. My eldest had about 6 courses!! We will return again.

Would be amazing to have a king size bed in there, and a blackout curtain. That's not a negative though, just would be the icing on the cake!

Fantastic breakfast , quiet , comfortable rooms and a great host ! What more do you want !!!

Nothing - apart from the smallest grumble is that the exit to the car park needs a bit of care if you’ve got a large car
