The Coast Yard welcomes dogs in our garden rooms (Nos. 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10) only. There is a limit of two dogs per room. On arrival, there will be a charge of £15. per dog.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.

Nice large room for 2 adults. Well equipped room, nice addition of the fridge, great for cooling drinks in the recent hot weather. Delicious breakfast, no problems catering for a Coeliac. Recommend the eggs Benedict and the lovely homemade marmalade.The garden was so lovely to sit outside and enjoy the weather, felt relaxed. Honesty bar in the dinning room was a great idea and we made use of it. Lovely staff friendly and approachable.

The shower room was rather compact and the shower controller and adjustable shower head needs repositioning, you couldn't easily slide the head to its lowest point. Maybe some cushions on the garden furniture would enhance the comfort.

Very comfortable beds Excellent choice for breakfast and delicious too. Added bonus off road parking Very clean rooms with good choice of refreshments in room. Nice garden to sit and relax with a mini bar in the breakfast room. Highly recommend and would definitely book again.

Good location. Quiet and comfortable room Pleasant hosts and superb breakfast cooked freshly. Parking no problem.

Slightly old fashioned but that’s part of its charm.

"Only a one night stay in an excellent property"

Quite a surprise for a last minute booking. The property was in a good location within a 5 to 10 minute walk into the main Selsey area. Bedroom 1 was large with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent with great options.

Thank you so much to our lovely host! The place was so inviting and homely, with amazing breakfast (credits to the chef, the apple pancake on day 1 and the cheese pancake on day 2 was sooo good). We enjoyed our stay and the garden was well maintained and inviting, giving a relaxing vibe to begin and end the day. The room was also spacious and functional, with great access to the beach (15 min walk for the pebbled one) and 30 min drive to the sandy beach. It was also a stone throw away from the city centre where local shops were. It was a lovely walk around the village and highly recommend! 🩷🩷

The room was nice and clean with a bottle of water and some biscuits and the breakfast was good. There is a nice garden to sit in and it's nice and quiet.
