"Fabulous stay - we will be back!"

Fabulous house and views. Made to feel very welcome. Breakfast was anything you wanted! So comfortable bed and the home made cake and sherry went down a treat! Thank you

"Wonderful accommodation and host"

Large rooms, comfortable bed and various complimentary offerings. Richard, the owner, takes a pride in ensuring his guests gain the most out of their stay. Sherry and cake greeted our arrival, breakfasts were made to order and his knowledge of local restaurants and attractions was first class. A most enjoyable stay.

"Perfect - Apart from the rain!"

We had a wonderful stay ( inspite of the rain!) The accommodation was first class. Our bedroom was huge. There were so many little extras like fresh fruit and homemade cake. Richard was a perfect host, so friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble for him. The breakfasts were delicious. Thank you Richard. We will be back! Rosemary and David

"Exceptional, comfortable stay in beautiful accommodation with an amazing host"

Ventnor Bay house is absolutely beautiful, the views are stunning. Richard was the best host, he checked our breakfast choices ahead and prepared the most delicious breakfasts throughout our stay. Richard thought of everything, ensuring we needed nothing. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, we had cake under a glass dome which was a lovely touch, along with refreshments in the fridge. Honestly I could not fault our stay, home from home but more comfortable. Help and suggestions were given as and when asked, 'wet wether program' was needed on one day and the restaurants recommended were exceptional. Location was great, there are some delightful restaurants, shops and bars just a short walk from the property. We will definitely return!

The B&B is in a beautiful setting located near the water with an easy walk to the esplanade which has great views and great restaurants. The host, Richard, is so personable and kind - we felt like we made a friend! The rooms are welcoming with wonderfully comfortable beds! We relaxed almost immediately.

Parking is tricky but Richard sent excellent directions which helped greatly.
