Beautifully modernised farm. Large comfortable room Lovely village setting.Private entrance. Easy parking. Exceptional breakfast. Fabulous high quality bedding and bed.

Not being able to stay longer and use hot tub! Not so much a didnt like as would have been helpful to both parties , instructions on booking form on which gate to go to in the yard and how to enter and we were not expecting the amazing spread at breakfast as the pre order form only mentioned the cooked items. Instructions on the heating would have been helpful as we could not get it to work. However we found a fan heater in the wardrobe

Newsham Grange Farm was an absolute delight from start to finish. Sue is incredibly kind and warm, and from the moment we arrived it genuinely felt like we were staying with family rather than at accommodation, such a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast was lovely and beautifully done, and it was a real highlight to meet George the dog, who instantly made us smile. The bed was delightfully comfy, ensuring a fantastic night’s sleep, and the bathroom was impressively modern, with the nicest underfloor heating that felt like a real luxury. A particularly thoughtful touch was the gorgeous pin map in the dining room showing where guests are from - it was so interesting to see, and you can really tell how much the business means to the owners. Be sure to tell Sue where you’re visiting from so you can add your pin; it’s a small detail that perfectly captures the care and pride behind Newsham Grange Farm.

We did have a little initial difficulty knowing exactly how to check in, but that was entirely on us - we were simply nervous about barging straight up to what is clearly a family home. Once we realised how welcoming and relaxed everything was, it quickly became a non-issue, and we felt completely at ease.

Didn’t get the room I upgraded too as wasn’t ready but offered another room however I did go back to room I first booked before I upgraded my choice
