Easy to find, beautiful king size room with additional dressing area and bathroom so lots of space. The owner was really accommodating with our arrival and leaving times, making us feel very welcome. It was quiet, calm and relaxing.

The shower was a little small and could do with an upgrade.

Very quiet location, comfortable room and bed all enabled sound sleep. Breakfast is outstanding such a great selection and the cooked items arrived just as you requested. The location is central to visiting places of interest in this area of Yorkshire. Parking is off road and secure. Finally, Sue, the proprietress was most pleasant and welcoming.

What a beautiful stay, accommodation to a very high standard, exellent welcome, extremely peaceful, a real little gem. Will be returning again to stay and enjoy the hot tub and beauty facility on site. Rooms are beautiful, spacious, lovely soft spotless clean egyptian towels. The perfect place to stay

Breakfast was excellent & freshly cooked each morning. The location of the accommodation was a small drive to the centre of Thirsk & also a 20 minute drive to Rippon
