Wot do people want. It was only £45 single room on suite clean room the guy even put a big fan in my room. Kettle t v in room so quiet ten mins walk to Warwick centre free parking outside. Easy check in the guy was polite and helpful don’t believe the bad reviews it’s great for somewhere cheap to stay in Warwick. Thank you Andy

Very helpful host. Locality to enormous park, with riverside walks

Friendly staff, Ata and wife welcomed me on arrival, cash on arrival no cards; knowledgeable regarding the area and gave valubale information and tips, explained history of guesthouse, 15 min walk to town centre and castle, pubs, restaurants

It was very much run down and in need of some serious deep cleaning and updating. The wallpaper was peeling off, there was carpet in the bathroom which doesn’t seem sanitary. It also was very smelly and there were stains everywhere.
