GBGBStaff was great, we was greeted by the lovely Jody who guided and provided us with everything we needed.. beds was super comfortable, microwave and fridge available, along side tea coffee sugar, cups, kettle and cutlery plates. It was So quite and peaceful, and its why decided to come hear....this place has got great character to it .... lill spooky if I must say so. TRY IT IF U DARE LOL ...About a seven minute drive we went to see a beautiful waterfall. Everything dog friendly . Very cheap and cheerful. You definitely cant moan for the price.
Freezing in the bathroom,

It looks a bit outdated but they are decorating there but for the money it's very good

There was only one shower available as the other bathroom had people working on it. You can see they are renovating the place
GBHave been visiting this gem for many years, it’s perfectly located for site seeing, activities and explorations. The old manager is back on site and has made many improvements as of lately. Room was clean and bedding including mattress was brand new for my stay. Site has had a clean and will only improve over time. For the price it’s booked at I would say it’s great value for money.

The host did not seem to have changed the bed linen, there was hair on my pillow case, and sauce from food on my friend’s blanket. The sauce stained my friend’s cloth, and it was disgusting.

The owner’s phone doesn’t work, unable to get contact with. I booked the place at 7:50pm then realised the latest check in time is 8pm, so called the owner immediately, phone can’t go through (feels like the number doesn’t exist), left the message on booking.com, requested for refund, few days later the owner said they kept the room all day for me so can’t give me the refund, which is completely not the case.
GBGBA friendly staff member greated us and gave my daughter a toy which I thought was lovely of her.
Outdated facilities, cold couldn't stay there paid to go somewhere else
