Gran Jaguar Hotel

Chambre simple mais très propre et parfaite pour quelques nuits à Bacalar. Rachel, la gérante de l’hôtel est adorable et nous a gentiment expliqué les choses à faire et donné les bonnes adresses en ville. Le petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse est vraiment top et varié. La fontaine à eau est appréciable. Il y’a un parking devant l’hôtel, mais si besoin la rue est calme et on peut se garer dans la rue.

Rien du tout, on a vraiment adoré notre séjour.

Sehr netter Check in. Die Inhaberin hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben und sich Zeit genommen. Sie hat alles gezeigt und viel erklärt, was man in der Gegend wo findet. Dadurch findet man sich gut zurecht. Sie spricht gut englisch.

Nice and calm hotel, the rooms are confortable, there’s a cute garden and the breakfast is good. The staff is adorable !

Great breakfast included, very friendly and helpful staff.

Staff were so welcoming and helpful, even taking the time to talk us through a map of the local area. They also booked taxis for us when required. Room was basic but spotless and had everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely too- eggs made to order.

Maybe a little bit far from the lagoon if you don't rent a car- but we didn't mind the walk!

L'accueil et les bons conseils de Miguel. Chambre trés agréable Le petit déjeuner dans le jardin avec la tortue pour compagnie.

El personal es muy amable, sobre todo Miguel que siempre estuvo atento a nuestras dudas y nos ayudó bastante, además de hacernos reir bastante. Gracias por todo, es un hotel pequeño pero muy acogedor.
