The rooms were very comfortable I could not have asked for more, on such a lovely day use of the garden was a bonus. I was needing somewhere to spend just one night in the area and Victoria House was just what I needed and at a very reasonable cost.

There really wasn’t anything I didn’t like. The stairs are steep ,but that’s the nature of the property, as is the bathroom being on the floor below the bedroom. Was quite surprised to be asked to take the crockery I had used downstairs.

Very friendly host (and dog 🙂). Warm and comfortable accommodation comprising a bedroom and a sitting / eating room. Clean bathroom. Easy to park nearby.
