Victorian Townhouse

The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and very good value for money. It's basically an attic room, or rooms, perfect for a couple just needing a base. There are two dogs there who will bark at first but no dramas, they are just attention seekers and are very sweet.

It is like I said a house share, with dogs, even though the accommodation is very clean and well looked after, the ground floor of the house isn't. The smell carries throughout the house and I found it clinging to my clothes even the next day. Having said that, the host was lovely, as were the dogs, but I think after reading the reviews no one has mentioned this and I think it needs to be raised to help the business going forward.

I had the top floor for myself. This is not recommended if you do not like dogs.

Smell of dogs in the house. Having to pass all the property to reach the top floor. Dogs tend to wake you up in the morning. It feels you are wanted to leave the property asap in the morning.

Very friendly host, with two lovely, friendly dogs. I was made to feel at home straight away and had the run of the two rooms on the 2nd floor - the bedroom and the lounge/diner. Towel and toiletries provided in the room to use in the bathroom located on the first floor. A large, comfortable bed.

Nothing to dislike.

The whole upstairs floor to myself and the lovely dogs.

Stairs were very steep and quite tight. Bathroom on a floor below room. Floorboards were quite noisy to walk on.

The host was very accommodating and had everything I needed during my stay.

The host is SUPERB you wish all.hosts are like that!

It's a bit of a walk from.the center, but a TESCO is near to cater immediate needs

Nice place to stay. Close to shops and the train station. Would come back here.
