Perfect hosts, perfect room, perfect breakfast Absolutely fabulous

We felt like we were at auntie and uncle's house! Everything was thought of in the room! Each floor was decorated with local products and had cozy sitting areas. We were given restaurant suggestions and walked across the road to find sun beds on the beach. Our hosts were so easy to chat with and were so willing to help take us to a local restaurant as well as come with umbrellas to the beach to walk us 'home' in a rainstorm. Like: warmly greeted by hosts; presented with a flower lei and a King coconut welcome drink; very clean and spacious room with high ceilings; balcony with table and chairs as well as 2 lounge chairs; 4 pillows; fresh flowers and leaves scattered throughout the room; electrical outlets on both sides of bed; on third floor; wardrobe has hangars; room is furnished great thought; hosts are amazing - they took us to restaurant in their tuk tuk and came to beach with umbrellas to rescue us in a rainstorm; large, thick, soft towels; shower has very hot water and strong water pressure; local touches: clay vases, woven grass mats and baskets; lamps on each side of bed; extra blanket in the wardrobe; breakfast: passionfruit juice, diverse fruit plate, yogurt with honey, eggs of your choice and a variety plate with 5 different Sriracha Lankan local foods - a beautiful and delicious spread

Perfect guest house, very clean and meticulously tidy.

Everything was great.

The guests were so kind, they really took care of me. The room is big, clean and comfy with a great balcony. And the breakfast was amazing. I was sad not to be able to stay longer.

Everything! This was the loveliest, most charming and best hosted accommodation of our 2 weeks in Sri Lanka. The owners were incredibly kind and have created a little paradise behind their lovely entrance gate. We were very warmly welcomed with a cold fresh fruit drink and a necklace of hibiscus. The room was large and beautifully decorated, with the added charm of hibiscus flowers scattered on the bed and in the bathroom! They have access to a gorgeous beach just a 3 minute walk away where the ocean is actually swimmable! The breakfast they served us included a wide range of beautifully prepared fruit and our choice of eggs - we had a Sri Lankan style omelette that was delicious. We had an equally warm goodbye when we left and consider the hospitality here amongst the best we have experienced in our very expansive travels. We would 150% recommend this wonderful guest house!

A super warm welcome from an incredibly hospitable host, exceptionally clean room, and a truly wonderful breakfast made this stay unforgettable!

It’s a bit far from restaurants, but the host kindly offered free tuk-tuk rides to make up for it

cosy but spacious ac’d rooms with a flower flanked balcony. very clean facility in general including a groomed garden entrance. the hosts greeted us very warmly with flower necklace and a coconut welcome drink. the breakfast was also great and actually way too much but a takeaway bag was already prepared. in general the atmosphere stayed as good, when we arrived and we’ve also been driven to and picked up from a nearby restaurant.

we only had time to stay for one night.

Exceptional property with equally amazing hosts. Both Nishanthi & Wasantha were spoiling us with utmost comfort and hospitality. The entire property is so well decorated with artifacts that you feel like living in an Art Gallery. The breakfast was equally sumptuous, served in a private balcony attached to each bedroom. Wasantha would even take us to nearby places in his tuk-tuk as a complimentary gesture. Even the local beach it just across the road (hardly 100 meters).

Spacious without too many rooms. Balcony is beautiful and very well maintained. Feels very secure, immaculately clean and is a nice place to spend time in itself. The hosts are incredibly welcoming, attentive and kind. Their generosity and daily care is unmatched. I was driven around the area, recommended and taken to restaurants, lent slippers, cooked breakfast, offered transport, picked up from places, given bug spray… Could not have asked for a better stay or company. Thank you!
