Lynda is a wonderful, welcoming host. The B&B is set in a beautiful, tranquil location, with free on-site parking. A very clean, comfortable and cosy bedroom, with a countryside view and its own private bathroom next door. A delicious breakfast offering - fruit salad, yogurt, cereals, pastries, toast and cooked breakfasts. A delightful place to stay!

"Bei Linda zu Hause."

Waren bei Linda "zu Hause". Liebevoll "Englisch" eingerichtete, dekorierte Zimmer, Authentisch eingerichtetes Esszimmer. Hier übernachtet man nicht nur, hier ist man zu Gast. Man sollte Hundekontakt mögen, diese sind auch als Gäste willkommen. Dank vieler Tipps hatten wir trotz der ländlichen Lage volles Programm. Bateman's unbedingt besuchen und abends ins " The Rose &Crown", Pub mit ca. 1,70 m Stehhöhe und leckerem Essen.

Dass die Zeit so schnell vorbei war, hätten uns noch mehr mit Linda unterhalten können. Na gut, die Stellplätze sind Recht schräg, kann man schon mal leicht aufsetzen, aber das war es auch schon.

"Very enjoyable one night stay in the country with pretty villages and tourist attractions nearby"

Excellent host, very flexible. Lovely rural location very near to Batemans NT and our son's wedding that we were going to the next day in Ticehurst. Nice light and airy room with double aspect windows and lovely views over garden and surrounding countryside. Good bathroom with walk-in shower. Burwash village a short walk up the road. Enjoyed dinner at the Rose and Crown pub.

C'est un adorable cottage dans un beau village historique, sur une route très calme, décoré et géré par une charmante dame. Elle offre, de surcroît, un parfait petit déjeuner, cuisiné à l'anglaise ou à l'occidentale, au choix (ou les deux). Chambre pas immense mais lumineuse, offrant une vue sur le jardin et le paysage magnifique. Placards et commode pour ranger les affaires, douche et toilettes impeccables, offrent un agréable confort, agrémenté par l'attention et la gentillesse de l'hôtesse. Je recommande cette adresse à tous les amoureux de l'Angleterre "tradi".

L'escalier raide pour monter à la chambre interdit de monter de lourdes valises et ne peut convenir à une personne à mobilité réduite.
