By far the best guest house I've ever stayed in. The location was fantastic, the hosts were absolutely superb, the food was sublime and the comfort excellent. Binoculars in the room was just a wonderful treat, and you never want to close the curtains there. We will return again and again for sure.

There is NOTHING not to like.

We stayed for two nights and had a most fantastic stay, our room was clean, spacious, extremely comfortable, lovely decor with lots of little extra touches, even down to a set of binoculars which we used to watch the seals, from our bedroom window overlooking the harbour, the view was amazing. We had breakfast on both mornings which was absolutely delicious, offering lots of choice and a selection of home made Jams and preserves, the breakfast was far better than some high grade hotels we have stayed at recently. Our hosts were so helpful and friendly without being intrusive and gave us lots of helpful tips about the area, which came In Extremely useful. The added bonus was to have the private parking close by at a very reasonable price, which is a big plus point for Brixham. I would highly recommend the Sampford and we will definitely return.
