What a super guest house. Rooms really comfortable. Breakfasts were superb with home made yogurt, jams, fresh fruit and cooked breakfasts too. Location was ideal overlooking the busy Brixham harbour just a few steps away. Matthew and Rosie the owners make you feel like one of the family and give you tips on where to visit, restaurant you should visit. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Would definitely recommend this little gem. Hoping to visit again.

There was nothing to dislike at all. Home from home.

"Possibly the best B & B in Brixham"

Matthew and Rosie were fantastic hosts, the breakfast was outstanding! So much choice and the full English was amazing. Spotlessly clean, super comfy bed, all amenities you could want and possibly the best located B & B in Brixham for views, access to the harbour, town and beach - with the added bonus of parking. Our only complaint was we only had time to stay for one night so will definitely stay longer next time. Would highly recommend - excellent value for money and really lovely people.

Couldn't find fault with anything.

The location was perfect overlooking Brixham harbour. There was a large breakfast choice and everything I had was very good. Matthew and Rosemary were excellent hosts. We will certainly return.

We were made to feel so welcome. The room was bright, exceptionally clean. It was a big room with a view over the inner harbour. It had a sofa, large tv to watch and a smaller one by the bed. Milk was left in the fridge for us to use as well as a handy information pack regarding things to do, eat and see. Internet was provided that was fast. Also parking was available for a very small fee. The breakfast was amazing. Served between 0800 - 0915, all the produce was local. Tea, coffee and toast were provided, whilst we waited for our cooked breakfast, which was only 10mins. There was so much selection. I would recommend staying at the Sampford Harbourside Guest house to anyone. We would 100% stay again. It was perfect as were our hosts who literally could not do enough for us. We felt like family.

Rosie and Mathew were excellent hosts. The breakfast was second to none with a great choice of homemade jams and youghart. Hot breakfast was exceptional. Mathew was a mine of information, which was great as we were new to the area. The location was excellent, and parking was provided. The bedroom was comfortable and cleaned every day.
