The hosts are lovely people & the property is in a perfect location Room is lovely & clean with a wonderful view & breakfast is delicious Have stayed in Brixham many times in different accommodation & this is the only one we have chosen to come back to & looking forward to going back again

Everything ,location , the hosts were phenomenal excellent food very clean rooms beautiful views we will return as soon as we can.. We felt like family as soon as we walked in the door.

Location was stupendous looking right over the harbour & our room on 1st floor was as expected compact but very comfortable with everything we needed or could have wished for. The breakfasts have loads of choice; Matthew is an excellent host & Rosie clearly delivers the culinary skills. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. Matthew will give advice if needed on sightseeing & his suggestion of Berry Head on our first morning was spot on. The quayside parking spit was the cherry on the cake.

There was nothing not to like. It’s a superbly run friendly BnB in a beautiful location.
