"Exceptional"

Location was brilliant and owners were very warm, kind and welcoming. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and home made jams, fruit preservatives was great. All round of house are clean and well decorated.

"Very enjoyable"

Very friendly welcome. Very comfortable bed and room and exceptionally quiet. Best cooked breakfast I have had for a very long time. The stairs are a bit steep and might be a problem if you have walking difficulties but we managed ok (78, 79). Would highly reccomend.

If you want to split hairs, the shower flow could have been stronger

"Fantastic B&B"

Lovely B&B right on the harbour, amazing views, short walk to the bars & restaurants. Matthew & Rosie are lovely hosts, Matthew very knowledgeable of the area gave us tips on the restaurants in Brixham. Breakfast was fabulous, very good range. Lovely clean room, with amazing views of the harbour.

Great location, clean room, friendly hosts and lovely breakfast. Brixham is a lovely place to visit.

Nothing really - being absolutely picky, parking does come at a cost (due to Council charges) and not directly outside the property but there were plenty of paid parking options nearby.

The house was lovely, immaculately clean in a fantastic location in the centre, with a designated safe car parking space. Lovely views straight over the harbour. Lovely rooms. Great restaurants and pubs all a short walk away! The breakfast choice, quality and taste was one of the best we have tasted! Gorgeous 👍🏼

Everything about this stay was perfect. Matt & Rosie were so welcoming, helpful and lovely. The view from our room was perfect of the harbour. The room was lovely, spacious and very clean. The whole place has a really warming and personable feel to it. The breakfast was exceptional even down to homemade yoghurt. If you’re coming to Brixham we just can’t recommend enough.

"The Guest House is in a perfect position for views over the harbour and near pubs and restaurants."

The cooked breakfast was excellent. There were also fruits and cereals provided Nothing was too much trouble. Matthew took the time to tell us of all the local places of interest to visit.
