What amazing views over Brixham harbour. The room was very warm, clean and comfortable. The hosts were super friendly and the breakfast wonderful.

Have stayed at Sampford twice now and both times have received a warm friendly welcome, nice and clean great room with a harbour view,good breakfast with a wide choice to set you up for the day and only a 5min walk into the town 😀 happy days

Fantastic location, very welcoming and friendly owners. Gave us lots of information about the area of Brixham, the walks to take. The breakfast was excellent, the room was very clean and comfortable, we would definitely stay at the guest house again.

Rosie & Matthews were excellent hosts, very pleasant & helpful. Breakfast was exceptional. The view from the room was amazing, we throughly enjoyed our stay.

Great stay at The Sampford right on the Harbourside of Brixham Harbour in slightly elevated position so the views are fabulous over the Harbour wspecially if you are in the Suite Room no. 6 A warm welcome from hosts, Matthew & Rosie who were available for any needs . The full English breakfast was delicious & there was a full array of food on offer for breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.
