Too restrictive Menu ; Food Quality Average; TV did not work inspite of Complaints; nothing to do as there is No Common Lounge; last pick up at 9pm by Boat ; difficult to get Uber as it is way out from Main Road and accessibility is poor; No Stay Arrangements for Driver

The location and efficient staff. Antony also went out of his way to arrange an excellent driver and tour guide for us for our upcoming trip to Munnar. It made a big difference for us.

They could perhaps do little more to make the rooms more homely and comfortable.

Excellent food and staff great location and view

The property is very nicely located in the water body. The host Antony is very good, made me feel comfortable & feel safe as a solo traveller. The food was excellent. He arranged for the day cruise & an evening boat ride which was amazing. The staff is also very friendly. A peaceful abode in the middle of nature.

Nothing that I can remember. It was all good :)

If you want to stay by the backwaters this property is a good value for money stay.

But do take note that the property is on an island so if you wantto go to the market or go out for late night dinners the last jetty to reach the market or mail land is at 8pm. We figured this out once we were there and had to ask the management to make arrangements so that we could rake our 6am flight. We had to go out at 11pm the previous night
