The location directly facing a busy canal was unique. All the rooms have terraces og balconies towards the water. Room 112 at the upper floor har a great view and was quiet. The host Anthony was very helpful and friendly. He arranges morning sunrise or afternoon sundet tours with boat or kayak (with or without guide) or you can explore the beautiful surroundings walking alone the canals. N

We stayed for 3 nights, and loved the peaceful location. The room was a good size and bright, everything was very comfortable for us! We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the boats and birds in the river! The staff are fantastic - very friendly and helpful! We ate at the hotel restaurant for most meals, and thought the food was great. And the hotel offers excellent activities including massage, sunrise canoe, and kayaking. We really enjoyed our stay!

The waterside location is lovely, and from you room, you can see houseboats motoring slowly by during the day, as well as lots of other craft. The rooms all look out over the water. The bathroom was quite spacious, and very clean. Generally, the service was good and the staff very friendly and courteous. They were also very patient about explaining how we could catch ferries, and what tours we could go on. The host, Anthony, is very resourceful, and arranged a number of delightful day trips for us. He also rescued us from Kochin Airport, 75 kilometres away by sending a car to meet us mid evening. We arrived after 10.00 pm, but Anthony had sent us his restaurant menu so we could choose a meal, which was ready and waiting for us when we got there. Altogether, he really looked after us!

Sometimes, it took some time for things we had asked for to appear. But we did get everything we asked for.

The food is always fresh so you should order it an hour before. The host Shweeta is a humble, kind and smart lady. Staff is also very kind. The views from the rooms are awesome.

I just did not like that the carpets in the dining room were a little bit dirty. They should change them more often.
