Breakfast on the second morning was wonderful - local food and very delicious

Very rigid in all aspects - felt like as a guest it was inconvenient - 'madam' had many rules and the house staff did not appear to really know what they were meant to do Had to push a door bell to access property each time, told not to eat in the room because of ants (didn't not see any ants) breakfast was at 8am which is way too late and had to sit at the table with other guests (very awkward) No kettle or mini fridge in room (there is plenty of space) so had to go downstairs to the kitchen boil kettle then take coffee upstairs - told could use any of the kitchen but the house staff didn't appear to like that Overall it was an odd experience

Fantastic location and room Sharma what a great cook we had a verity of breakfast and my husband was very happy too. She looked after us very well Thank you for making us comfortable

Great ambience, very homely, clean, tastefully decorated, modern and excellent all round! Very good staff, topped off by friendly and A-grade owner!

The location is incredibly convenient, right across from Havelock City. The place felt safe and secure throughout the stay. Shyama, the housekeeper, was wonderfully kind and helpful, and her breakfasts were absolutely delicious. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a spotless bathroom. We especially loved the nearby fruit stall, which offered a wide variety of seasonal fruits and fresh juices. There were plenty of dining options within walking distance, and food deliveries and taxis were easy to arrange thanks to the straightforward location. Highly recommended!

A tea-making facility in the room would have been a nice addition, especially since I was waking up very early due to the time difference. That said, the housekeeper was kind enough to prepare tea for me as early as possible, which I truly appreciated.

We loved our stay at Havelock Gardens! Good location. Very quiet, super clean! And Sharma makes a delicious breakfast everyday. Looking forward to go back!

We loved our stay here. The room was beautiful and so was the whole house. The owner and housekeeper were both so lovely. The housekeeper made delicious varied breakfasts and was around when we needed her. Really recommend!!!
