Great location with a new mall nearby. Beautifully decorated with modern look. Comfortable and clean stay. Great breakfast including. Friendly staff and owner.

Pleasant room with all expected facilities and good aircon. The caretaker was pleasant and helpful in the absence of the owner overseas. Everything as described.

Having to wait to be let in every time I returned especially when raining. The gate had a keypad which would have been ideal to use. Despite being offered Sri Lankan breakfast initially, which was excellent on the first day, on the subsequent days the main item was 2 fried eggs.

The property is modern, beautifully designed and immaculately clean. It is an oasis in busy Colombo.

Beautiful, modern and impeccable property, centrally located. The house is tastefully decorated and well maintained. Walking distance to Havelock City Mall. Hiranthi was a great host and gave us tips on places to eat and visit. The housekeeper Shama was very helpful and always kept the place clean. She made excellent breakfast and served it on time. We are so glad we found this Gem and would definitely return.

This is my third visit to Havelock Gardens BnB and I loved it to be back. Is is spacious and very nicely furnished. The homecooked Sri Lankan breakfasts served by Shama or Samanthi are delicious. Great walk in rainshower. Every floor has a nice sitting area. There is also an elevator.

Wonderful host with the nicest housekeeper. The building is quite new, very clean and well furnished. Breakfast was amazing. (pictures attached about the dining room) I would 100% recommend to stay here.

Air-condition was sometimes loud, but we didn't use it much.
