good location, very quiet, beautiful rooms, good beds, nice breakfast.

Clean room , friendly staff , comfortable bed , good shower facility, good breakfast, feel comfortable when we stay there , highly recommended

Everything was pitch perfect. This is the kind of home everyone dreams about. Also, we asked for sri lankan breakfast during our stay, it was so good we brought home the masala packets the cook used there

The room was clean and homey. Sharna, the housekeeper, was really warm and welcoming and made us feel comfortable.

Location was great and close to some restaurants but not walking distance to the main attractions - although this can also be a benefit as you are further away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

caretaker was amazing. made tea regardless of time of the day. made meal according to your liking. like a family member. in the heart of Colombo, with restaurants and entertainment at the door step.

mattress was a bit too hard for me. charged more in LKR than what was shown on booking.com app. no hairdryer. location kept showing up incorrectly on Google maps.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how spotlessly clean everything was – the rooms, common areas, and even the tiniest details were impeccable. The location was perfect, offering easy access to most of Colombo. What really stood out was the exceptional value for money. The quality of service and amenities far exceeded my expectations for the price. They had reliable high speed internet which was more than adequate for zoom/teams meetings. The host was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to accommodate my requests, making the stay even more comfortable. Whether it was accommodating a late checkout to coincide with my flight or adjusting meal options for breakfast, they were always happy to help. I had a fantastic stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and hassle-free experience. I’ll definitely be returning!

Finding the place was a bit difficult as the address on booking.com had the correct lane, but the wrong property number. The message from the host which I received the day before I arrived thankfully had the correct address.

Everyone was super friendly, breakfast was amazing.

Staff and owner was very helpful 🙂
