The BnB has an incredible interior decor, excellent location and an incredible breakfast made by Sharma. Hiranthi, the owner goes out of her way to make sure her guests are happy as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are big and clean, the bath is modern and convenient and the housekeeper is a welcoming and very helpful lady. Even located outside City Center, the place is surrounded by many restaurants and a shopping mall with an excellent food-court.

Lovely and comfortable room, delicious breakfast and awesome staff! The owner also took time to give us some recommendations. We will definitely come back again.

This is a beautiful house, with spacious rooms and shared space. Everything was very clean. Big thank you for the house keeper for the delicious breakfast.

The only bad point is that I had to ring the bell every time to go in. Even if the house keeper was always there, I was feeling bad to disturb every time. Also the location of the house is not right on Google maps.

The room was very well appointed and clean. Air con and fans were effective. Breakfasts were varied and tasty.

It was quite hard to find for tuk tuk drivers and taxis.

It was very clean the bedroom was spotless.The bathroom was clean to Everything was good .Sharma was a lovely lady she went above and beyond to make sure that you were comfortable. Wonderful lady.If I ever come back I would stay there without any problem .

This is a beautiful property.. the caretaker couldn’t do enough to help me and make me feel comfortable.. I love the design of the property and as I was the only person staying there at the time it felt extra special.

Our room was very well appointed, with tastefully decorated details. Great beds and a bathroom which meets western standards (not very common in Sri Lanka). Helpful and efficient owner and the caretaker was great as well. Also nice that it was possible to have our laundry done by the caretaker. The location was good for us (close to Havelock Mall), but we don't have enough knowledge of Colombo to be able to compare it with other areas. It was quiet and peaceful, that's for sure.
