Havelock Gardens BnB

It’s a contemporary B&B property with 3 levels, and centrally located in Colombo city. There are food options easily available with Uber eats. The room was very clean and tastefully done with fresh towels and linen. It’s a quite peaceful location. Ms Sharma who us the caretaker at the B&B was very accommodating and prepared us the best Sri Lankan breakfast

Staying at Havelock gardens was very, very comfortable in the middle of buzzing Colombo. The room, which is more like an apartment with an adjoining living room was beutyfully decorated, the bed and bathroom of high quality and the views from the terrace amazing. Sharma, the housekeeper, was helpfull, and the service of Hiranthi, the owner extrodinary. We forgot a painting we bought when we left the premisses, and Hiranthi had it send to Denmark, where we received it within a week. So kind and so helpful a gesture, and I am extremely grateful. I reccomand everybody to stay at Havelock Gardens - it is a wonderful place with wonderful persons around it.

A wonderful villa with lots of character and attention to detail, architecture elements, handpainted tiles in the bathroom, elegant decor and excellent service. Very good breakfast served in the dining area, we were the only ones there. It’s quiet, classy and the beakfast lady always smiling and nice.

The owner and housekeeper were both lovely and very helpful. There was nothing to fault in the room it was lovely. The building was nicely decorated throughout and was obvious the owners takes a lot of care with the place. The location was perfect, there was a shopping centre a 5 minute walk away. For being near a main road it was very quiet and we both really enjoyed our stay. Would 100% recommend.

The perfect stay in Colombo!! We flew in late at night and couldn’t have asked for a better and more comfortable place to stay! Both owner and the caretaker lady were super kind and helpful. We were served yummy breakfast (you can choose between English and Sri Lankan breakfasts). The house itself is completely new, modern and very stylish. Rooms are spacious with air conditioner and all necessary amenities! Overall, 1000% recommend!
