Havelock Gardens BnB

This B&B is set at the end of tranquil street, away from the hustle and bustle of Colombo. The property is immaculate inside and out, with a high attention to detail. A perfect blend of modern, Asian and old; which is easy to relax and feel comfortable in. This is more a boutique hotel, than B&B. My room (or area) was on the top floor, I had a sitting room, bedroom and bathroom. All my rooms were very clean, comfortable and easy to relax in. Shyama (the wonderful housekeeper) was lovely. Each morning she prepared a different and delicious traditional Sri Lankan breakfast, with care. A Western breakfast is also available, if you so wish. The owner of the hotel was commutative before my stay so this made my arrival flawless, after a long solo journey. She was a delightful host, with advice if required and available by text, if necessary. She ensured my stay was perfect. I would have no hesitation in recommending this boutique hotel. A 10/10 from me!

Good value for the money, food was delicious and the room and atmosphere was luxurious

I liked everything: great room, great service. The caretaker was very kind and responsive. Also liked that you can choose Sri Lankan or western breakfast.

Beautiful design of the house, we had a ''feels like home'' stay...

Everything were perfect. Clean rooms, location and good hospitality. The owner were verry king and helped us with everything we needed. We had different options for Breakfast each morning and it was tasty. Affordable price for the facilitys.

The staff (single lady) was efficient and good. Breakfast was good and on time. Location is great.

Everything was good except that we were not aware that the toilet was not attached with entry within the room. The website info and pics were misleading.
