The Old Cottage

The room is well equipped with shower, bathroom and even a small fridge. Breakfast was wonderful and view from the dining area is stunning.

If I'm being picky, I could say the soundproofing could between the rooms could a bit better because you can hear guests in adjacent room. Having said that, it wasn't enough to detract from my stay and I'm hoping to come back.

Spacious accommodation. Great facilities. Loads of great guidebooks and general literature available in the guest lounge. Breakfast first rate with high quality traceable produce. Situation stunning. Hosts incredibly keen to help us have a great time.

What a brilliant stay. The hosts could not do enough to welcome and make my stay comfortable. The breakfast was superb. Lots of choice and the porridge was the best I had tasted for years. While having breakfast you get to watch the birds and other wildlife right outside the window with a great view in the background. I loved the large common sitting room with lots of books and maps of the area to help with what to do in the area (sadly I did not have much time as this was a work stay). The bedroom was large with a large and extremely comfortable bed. The bathroom was large and light with a large shower. I would definitely stay again.
