Liked location, accommodation, and host. Everything was clean.

Enjoyed all aspects of our stay - both Heather and Roy made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble - they were very knowledgable about the area and things of interest. They also provided local bus top-up cards which meant we didn’t need to use our car during the stay. The whole stay was very relaxing and enjoyable.

Such a nice and comfortable place to stay! We arrived a little early, and were greeted warmly by the hosts and offered coffee and several nice places to relax while our room was being prepared. Heather also offered many helpful recommendations for our stay in Auckland and our overall trip in New Zealand.

The place was stunning! We liked everything and it definitely exceeded our expectations. The location was very good and the parking was easy. Heather and Roy are fantastic hosts and made us feel at home. The breakfast was very tasty, especially the morning coffee.

Best ever B&B, just superb! The hosts Heather & Roy were just so friendly and helpful. The facilities and attention to detail throughout were exceptional. If we visit Auckland again we will certainly want to stay there. Wholeheartedly recommended!

We loved our stay at The Grange. Our hosts Heather & Roy were amazing and go out of there way to make your stay comfortable and relaxing.. Highly recommend and we look forward to booking again in the future. 💛🎶

Facilities, Comfy bed, lovely bathroom large shower and bath for a soak.😊 Beakfast with great coffee was top notch.

My parents were very happy with the breakfast, host was extremely accommodating and friendly. The location was central and close to ammenities
