Breakfast was very good and lots of effort was provided to meet our needs. Room was lovely, very clean and comfortable, though no wardrobe space. Otago Peninsular is spectacular scenery Good advice re a restaurant for dinner Lots of helpful maps.

No access to tea and coffee making. It was hard to locate when we arrived. There's no wifi, internet access. This was a significant difficulty for us. No TV in room. (not a major issue)

the over controlling hosts. from making take shoes off. asking bout covid shots and vaccine passports. then even asking my 14 year old son why he hasn’t had a booster..asking why haven’t had booster shots.. ridiculous. making wear masks ( it’s not a hospital or drs) completely over the top. restrictions on using windows in room. No wifi or tv in room.. didn’t bother with breakfast. felt like weren’t welcome at all. felt like it was .. go hide in your room and don’t touch anything.will not be back. definitely not good value for $139.50.

Linda and Goeff have showed us great hospitality and we have enjoyed our stay very much. They gave us great advice for restaurants and activities and served a very good breakfast. Our room was cosy and very clean.

was not allowed to open the windows.. and didnt had access to kitchen even to boil some water.. the host provided some, but would have been helpful if we could use atleast a microwave and boiled water
