Only the location. In an affluent area. It is based in Pretoria, the Capital City of South Africa. The area has beautiful houses owned by international ambassadors.

The room was infested with cockroaches. The ceiling had mold. Bathrooms and kitchenette were despicable.

The place is bad, not hygienic, not even cleaned and staff people don't even cared at all. I wished so many times I could just cancel. I couldn't even eat properly because of how unhygienic it is. I wouldn't even recommend it at all. The were even coakroaches

The environment, the furniture, it was creepy. I wouldn't recommend it for anybody.

I was sent to another property from Brooklyn to sunnyside after I made my payment online just for them to tell me some occupied the place they just paid when they got there I was sent to a creepy place in sunnyside

No towel no water glasses poor service as a whole
