Absolutely nothing, except for the location.

I thought others were exaggerating in their reviews, but they were saying was absolutely true. The room floor was filthy, sticky like it hasn't been mopped for weeks. The bathroom was disgusting didn't even want set foot in that shower. The kitchen was horrible. This guest house is basically a place of horror house, like we see in those movies. Keep away!!
