The breakfast, staff and friendliness.

Last time my room was superb with updated bathroom facilities. This time the rooms in the old part were outdated.

"Grayton a sweet spot to visit. lodge staff were friendly. Room had toilet in room with no privacy."

Breakfast was very nice. Staff helpful.

Room and property needs some painting. Pool was a milky colour and did not look very welcoming. Garden could have been also better maintained.
