Lovely setting, peaceful too being off the main high street, so is good access to the local amenities in Hornsea aswell. Friendly and warm welcome from owners. Immaculately presented, fresh and clean. Gorgeous breakfast delivered to the door. Wonderful to have a private entrance and garden. Would definitely stay again. Felt like such a treat.

Great location for getting around Hornsea, friendly and helpful owners with good tips on local area, room was comfy and clean with great individual style, breakfast was lovely and beyond expectations.

No specific dislikes about the accommodation - just be mindful if you book in the off season the local area may be especially quiet.

Hosts were lovely breakfast was lovely all round excellent place to stay.

Paula greeted us on arrival and showed us our room. It was absolutely gorgeous and extremely clean. Very beautiful and modern, with lots of little extra touches. A chalk board had been personalised to welcome us. There was dining table set up by the window with a small bottle of Prosecco and heart shaped chocolates scattered over the table. The room was lovely and warm with a heater in the corner to adjust as required along with central heating. Gorgeous white company toiletries and the room smelt amazing. We arranged for our continental breakfast to be delivered at 830am, Paula checked for any allergies and then surprised us each morning with a range of tasty treats, including toasted ham and cheese croissants to crispy bacon, scrambled eggs on toasted crumpets- far exceeding our expectations of a continental breakfast! The bed was comfy with crisp white linen, fluffy pillows and a furry throw to add as required. The waterfall shower was hot and powerful. The bathroom was pristine and spotlessly clean. It is a small space but extremely functional- apparently previous guests have complained about the toilets close proximity to the shower, however this really wasn’t an issue for us. The large bath towels were fluffy and of excellent quality. There are extras you wouldn’t expect like hair straighteners, umbrella, torch and a cupboard full of games! A tea tray is provided with tea coffee and hot chocolate. There s a beautiful outside space to use but it was too cold in February for us to take advantage of, but it would be lovely when the weather warms up! The property is behind electric gates and a fob is provided for you to come and go as you please, parking is right outside the room. We had a fabulous stay and would recommend this property and great hosts in a heart beat!

I struggled to think of anything however after much deliberation the only thing I could think of was a mini fridge to keep my wine cold! However I kept it chilled on the doorstep!
