Please be aware check-in is strictly by 20:30, there is no facility to check in after 20:30. This property does not accept American Express cards. Directions - South Bound: Take the A1 road towards London, notice A1/A421 roundabout; stay on A1, the entrance to Highfield Farm is exactly 2.5 miles on the left, directly from the A1. Drive slowly and watch for the yellow/black sign. Directions - North Bound: Take the A1 Road towards ‘The North’, notice at Sandy roundabout the A603 (to left) towards Bedford but stay on A1, after about 1.5 miles, having passed a filling station, leave A1 to the left for Blunham, then immediately turn right to access a new bridge over A1. Do a u-turn over A1 and rejoin the A1 towards London and Sandy, Highfield Farm is 300 yards on the left, directly from A1. Drive slowly and watch for the yellow/black sign. Due to the property being an arable farm, dust and noise is possible at times.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.

It was a great base to visit family in surrounding areas. The rooms were big. The hosts were lovely and helpful. It was quiet, removed from other places, but easy to get to food and services. We would stay here again.

Nothing to complain about but if I was to be picky, body lotion would have been a nice addition to the shampoo/ Body wash,,

The welcome and accommodation provided was exceptional. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were great and the bed linen first class. There is lots of space to work if needed. The whole environment is spotless. This is a truly excellent place to stay. I felt very safe and very looked after as a lone visitor.

Nothing. This was an excellent stay. I cannot recommend Anne Marie highly enough. Excellent welcome and breakfast

Lovely location, with good parking and very comfortable spacious room. There is also a large shared lounge area should you want to relax outside your room and read. The host was delightful and helpful and served an excellent breakfast cooked to order, which was eaten in a bright communal dining room off a lovely china crockery.
