Great host, Liz was very accommodating. lovely rooms and great breakfast , lovely to have a fridge in the room with an ice box and a fan as we visited during the heatwave.

We were arriving late and they were very accommodating and helpful. The room was lovely. clean and tastefully decorated. Breakfast in the morning was gorgeous. The hosts were welcoming and chatty....highly recommended 👌

Superb stay at Ballas Farm, as always. Breakfast was lovely, especially the Black and White Pudding!!! and the room clean and spacious. Thanks very much!
