The hosts were friendly and welcoming, very nice people. The morning breakfast was the best we have ever had and we travel frequently. The room was comfortable and quiet we highly recommend Ballas Farm Country Guest House.

"Away day"

The people who ran it were very friendly. Location was good. Breakfast and coffee was great.

Room needs updating. Floor looked like it had cigarette burns on it. Bed was a bit squeaky in places. We had room 1. Upstairs were very noisy. Could hear bath/shower running and the guests talking

Very welcoming owners, who looked after us very well. The room we stayed in was on the ground floor in the main guest house. Very comfortable and slept well. Facilities very good..

Nothing to dislike. Really enjoyed our stay.
