"Great location, lovely staff and well maintained and scenic property"

Location was beautiful, staff were really friendly and lovely. The place itself is immaculate surrounded by beautiful scenery. Close to the local beaches and staff have plenty of information on what is around the area for day trips ect. Room was clean and nicely decorated, very comfortable bed ! Breakfast was great, the breakfast room was really calming with a view of some horses which was a lovely start to the day.

Although my stay was short (just one night), I was extremely pleased with the excellent service I received from both Liz and Rob. They were warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. I would definitely choose to stay here again the next time I visit Wales and would highly recommend it to others.

Good size room, comfortable. Good shower. Friendly hosts.

Could do with a bit more signage, especially as you pull in as you end up in the farm bit next door.

"Lovely peaceful break"

We really liked our stay here. It was easy to find and the hosts Liz and Robert were so welcoming and friendly. The room was a lovely size. Breakfast was included and very intasty! It was good to have access to a communal fridge.

As the property is so rural, it would have been handy to have access to a microwave in the evening as the only room that has one is upstairs.

The property was in an excellent location for us. The breakfast was excellent. We stayed in Ballas Farm Country Guest House before and will stay there again.

For us it was a little cold. The room did warm up when the heating came on.
