Eleventh Floor Suites

Roberta, the host, was charming. She went to so much trouble to make everything perfect. So many thoughtful touches everywhere from an amazing breakfast, snacks and drinks available throughout the day, maps and lots of great advice about things to do. And the location was perfect. Not far from all the action but in a quieter location with great views of the old town and the sea. I would 100% stay there again.

Our experience confirms all the previous positive reviews we had seen before booking a short stay here. The facilities, attention to detail, location etc were all exceptionally good. And yet staying at the Eleventh Floor Suites still exceeded our expectations because Roberta, our host, took so much care and time to help us enjoy our holiday. From her, we learnt a lot about the Sardinian culture and traditions which really increased our enjoyment of the stay. We were sad to leave! This stay will remain in our memories for a long time.

Every single fine detail. Stunningly decorated, beautifully appointed with thoughtful items such as toothpaste, mouthwash, tissues, drinks in the fridge, everything you could possibly need in a gorgeous environment with a wonderful view from the terrace of Cagliari. Our host Roberta we will remember her forever. She was so warm and welcoming, providing us with plethora of information about her home town that she is so proud of loves dearly. We wish we had longer and cannot recommend staying with her enough.

Our stay was one our most pleasant holidays that had this year so far. Roberta and her husband was the best Ambassador for Sardinia that we could have, she had a lot of tipps . Helpful, available and most of all friendly. The room was, comfortable, nicely decorated and perfectly cleaned everyday. Free drinks were available in the fridge (soft and beers), hygiene products were available in case your forgot yours. The room is sunny with a really beautiful view of the city (sea sight) from the balcony. The breakfast is exceptional and well served with products from the island and pastries that Roberta brings from Cagliari’s best pastry shop which is just at the corner of the street. A parking is available near the place and prices are very affordable. We will certainly return to Roberta’s place when we will be back in Sardinia.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fabulous accommodation during my holiday, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The location was absolutely perfect, situated close to the farmers market and the old town, making it incredibly convenient to explore the local attractions. What truly stood out during my stay was the extremely welcoming and hospitable host. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and provided valuable insights into the best places to visit in the area. Their warm hospitality added a personal touch to my trip. The highlight of my mornings was the great, rich breakfasts served at the accommodation. Each meal was a delightful culinary experience, setting a perfect tone for the day ahead. The unique apartment itself was a gem, with a spectacular view that took my breath away. Waking up to such a picturesque sight made every moment of my stay unforgettable. Moreover, the bathroom was well-appointed with all the extras one could ask for, and the daily change of towels ensured a fresh and hygienic environment. Additionally, the availability of close parking was a huge convenience. Knowing that I could easily park my car added to the overall stress-free experience. In summary, my stay at this accommodation was nothing short of exceptional. From the welcoming host to the delicious breakfasts, breathtaking views, and impeccable bathroom amenities, I couldn't have asked for a better place to spend my holiday. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay.

It’s had fabulous view, was in the heart of the business quarter, you can walk everywhere from there and was very quirky and comfortable. The exceptional service from Roberta the owner.

Everything about our stay was perfect: the beautiful rooms, the delicious breakfast, the perfect location and our amazing host Roberta. I could not recommend it enough. It was like staying in a 5 star hotel.
