Eleventh Floor Suites

Everything! Roberta was an excellent host. It made our stay feel like being home. The level of detail is extraordinary. It's rare to feel that comfortable on vacation. Nice breakfast, with local products from the nearby market and local dishes which help to get to know some of the culinary habits. Excellent interior design. Unique style. Fine views of the city. The room was great. Spacious. Very clean. The bed was comfortable. Fully equipped bathroom (you don't even need a toothbrush). Water and other drinks available in a small refrigerator were included in the room. Beach towels and umbrella were available.

Nothing really. Well, parking is not always easy if you come by car and you should be aware of the different prices per street and hour of the day but it was manageable.

The location, the decoration of the place, the furnitures, everything. The hostess Roberta is a very kind person who tells you everything about the city and prepare the breakfast

Very pretty property. Roberta is an amazing host and was extremely helpful with the check-in and sharing all relevant details around parking, etc before our stay. Paid parking around 3-4min from the property and free parking all around the property makes for a stress free experience. Roberta was also very kind in suggesting to us nearby places, tourist attractions and restaurant recommendations. The view in the morning is to die for and the breakfast is truly amazing. Roberta also gave us some cookies which were the best cookies I have ever had Overall amazing experience and must recommend!

The room is a bit small. Becomes a bit tight if you have a lot of luggage. Also, other people may also book the adjoint room. Just something to be aware of but not a negative and did not impact our stay in any way.

Roberta's warm welcome made us feel instantly at home. Our beautifully decorated room was both luxurious and cozy, and very clean. Good shower, comfortable bed, good aircon, beautiful views with a balcony, all in a convenient location. Breakfast was so delicious and thoughtfully curated. Roberta's excellent travel tips added a special touch to our trip. This place perfectly blends comfort, style, and genuine hospitality.

We stayed at eleventh floor suites for 2 nights in July and had a wonderful stay! Roberta was an excellent host, taking the time to show us around the accommodation, despite us arriving late at night. She made sure we were all set to head out into Cagliari for dinner on our first night. At breakfast, she took the time to understand our travel plans, give tips and suggest places to go and visit. Breakfast was delicious! A selection of coffees and teas, fresh juice, cereals, yogurt, biscuits, jams, preserves and more were available. Roberta also brought to the table hot Sardinian breakfast treats, fresh pastries from the bakery downstairs and fresh fruit and salad. Both our room and the wider apartment was immaculate, was very nicely decorated and smelled amazing! The mini fridge was stocked with water and lots of soft drinks and the bathroom had lots of mini toiletries which were really handy and a really nice touch. The location of the accommodation is great, a short walk into the centre of Cagliari and right next to the traditional civic market of San Benedetto. As well as the central location it was quiet at night and had amazing views of Cagliari from the balcony. We would fully recommend staying here and will be back again if we ever find ourselves in Cagliari!

I had a most remarkable experience staying at Eleventh Floor Suites. Roberta, its host, is quite a gem. She's one of those people whom one immediately feels connected to. She's a nurturer at heart, and this innate ability shines through in the way she's crafted a most comfortable and inspiring space. The B&B feels like home away from home owning to her care, its comfortability, and the delicious breakfast spread served daily. It's truly delightful.

It's really hard to fault it. In the spirit of having something constructive to add, perhaps kettles for tea in the bedrooms could be just a tad more convenient (note: this is present in the common lounge area).

Everything was wonderful. Beautiful , clean and comfortable accomodation. Location is perfact. And Roberta, she is the friendliest host I have ever met. It's 100 out of 10!

Everything was just perfect with this property. The breakfasts were so amazing, the room & facilities were very comfortable & welcoming. The view from the balcony was stunning. Our host Roberta was just gorgeous & so very helpful with knowledge of the local area. Loved every moment !!

Accomodation was on 11th floor so you got an expansive view of Olbia which helped with getting your bearings and a lovely view when you are having breakfast or in your room!!
