Beautiful view of old town, city and ocean view, quiet, central location, amazing hostess, deliciously prepared breakfast and comfortable bed and bathroom!

Everything was perfect, air conditioning worked well, bed was extremely comfy, shower and bathroom were all lovely, the view for balcony’s are beautiful as well.

Eleventh Floor Suites is a wonderful place to stay when visiting Cagliari. It is a beautiful property, filled with light plus sea and city views. Roberta, the proprietor, obviously takes great pride in her establishment, and it shows throughout the property. The rooms are lovely and have terraces to sit on and enjoy all the life happening in Caligari below. Everything is spotlessly clean. The bathrooms are modern with a terrific shower. The breakfasts are exceptional and vary from day to day. And Roberta is happy to provide information and assistance to guests who want to experience all Cagliari and the surrounding areas have to offer. The walk from the property to the Marina/Castle area (for many of the shops and restaurants) is a very direct walk of about 20 minutes. We hated to leave, and would most definitely stay again when visiting the city.

I honestly cannot think of anything that could have made our stay any better -- it was perfect.

This is the most luxurious and comfortable private hotel that I have ever stayed in. The views of Cagliari and the surrounding water are beautiful from every window, with 270 degrees of views. The food at breakfast was excellent, carefully chosen by Roberta, who owns this establishment. As for the rooms, they are carefully and stylishly appointed with lovely quality bedding and interior design. I highly recommend Eleventh Floor Suites in Cagliari.

I cannot think of a single thing that I did not like. I loved the atmosphere that Ms. Roberta has cerated as it is restful and quiet. I also loved how elegant the rooms are.

Loved the decor , and the balcony and view was just amazing . I do like how Roberta has really thought of every comfort you may need in a room . The breakfast too was lovely and Roberta was very helpful with suggestions on things to do , or how to get there, (and she is as stylish as her apartment ! ).

We have stayed in all levels of accommodations all over the world. I would rate Eleventh Floor Suites as one of the best. The entire property is pristine clean, the attention to detail is remarkable, and the breakfasts are delicious. As others have mentioned, Roberta is a gem with a warm and engaging personality, and she is available to answer every question and help you navigate. I loved her wardrobe. Eleventh Floor Suites is a 10+.
