Eleventh Floor Suites

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The owner (Roberta) is incredibly friendly and helpful, recommending the most beautiful and interesting places to visit (both Cagliari and Sardigna), like the best tour guide. She has a keen appreciation for beauty, history and art. The Sardignian breakfasts were delicious, and the interiors are charming and atmospheric. The location is perfect, close to bus stops and within a short (15min) walk to the ancient center or Marina. The view from the 11th-floor balcony is amazing. Cleanliness is a major highlight. The room, bathroom, and dining area were spotless and cleaned daily. The owner also provided a full range of toiletries, which was very convenient. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place with character.

From the very warm welcome we received to the delicious breakfast, we would absolutely recommend this property and plan to stay again when we return. Lots to see and do in the area and excellent dining to be had within walking distance.

Absolutely everything! The room is nice, clean and comfortable with exquisite decoration. We loved the fragrance! The balcony has a stunning sunrise view. Breakfast is very tasty with local product. Our host is very welcoming and gives very good traveling advice. We loved it!

i LOVED my stay at 11th floor suites!!!!! I have NEVER had the kind of experience I did and that is because of its amazing hostess and proprietor who has anticipated every need and pleasure of her guests and attended to the details that can satisfy and exceed them!!!! I truly felt like royalty at this B & B and I fear I will never find such a place whose owner takes pride in her city of Cagliari and her country; someone who wants to help guests know and explore her home and hometown; someone who provides a luxurious and stunning ambience; someone who goes to such great efforts to make breakfast an experience. Every room has a balcony, bathroom, spacious and comfortable sleeping quarters and its own design personality. It is secure, centrally located and clean. There is nothing that any guest would lack except more time to stay at 11th floor suites. Seriously, I could have lived there! The heart of all this is the heart of its owner/hostess and she is a beautiful human being! ❤️

This was our second stay at the Eleventh floor suites and was just as amazing as the first. Roberta is an amazing host. Views from the rooms are fabulous. Breakfast is delicious.

OUTSTANDING THE BEST ACCOMMODATION YOU WILL EVER STAY IN 🤩 We had an exceptional experience, thanks to the genuine warmth and care provided by Roberta. Her heartfelt hospital was incredible. Her establishmeant is absolutely wonderful, with it's own unique charm. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond to help us navigate our time in Cagliari and surrounding areas. Her kindness truly touched us, and it certainly was by far our best ever experience. The room was beautifully maintained , equipped with all the necessary amenities, and provided the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. Beautiful room and excellent hospitality from Roberta. Breakfast was exceptional as was her advice for where to go exploring that day.

A bit of a long walk to busier areas for dinner but it was manageable.
