La camera era comoda e confortevole. Servizi igienici efficienti. Cucina minimale ma non ne ho avuto molto bisogno.

The apartment is very conveniently located, just a short distance from the Humanities Faculty of the University of Cagliari. Two fairly frequent buses (5 and 8) connect it to Cagliari’s central train station. The room was very spacious.

The owner only provided two large, old towels (no bidet towel). More importantly, on my second day, the shower had no hot water. We contacted the owner, and he came to fix it, but I still had to shower mostly with cold water, because I didn't have time to wait for him and had to take my shower before going out to work. This inconvenience made the room feel overpriced for what it offered.

Las instalaciones, moviliario y complementos muy antucuados

Camera perfetta a Cagliari. Mi è piaciuta soprattutto la macchina del caffè. Non c'è bisogno di dire che non solo la camera, ma anche la cucina e il bagno erano pulitissimi.

Pokój bardzo czysty i przestronny. Gospodarz, Davi, przyjazny i pomocny, droga do centrum miasta nieskomplikowana, jak i również zameldowanie w nocy. Okolica bardzo spokojna, pokoje ciche. Przy następnej podróży do Cagliari również skorzystam z tej oferty. Nie mam absolutnie żadnych zastrzeżeń. Dodam, że nie jestem wymagający, ale naprawdę w mieszkaniu znajdowało się wszystko to, czego potrzebowałem na te kilka dni. Bardzo polecam.
