Welcoming hosts and delicious breakfast. Comfortable bed. Interesting to hear about local history. .

A blackout blind would make a real difference, as the streetlight outside does let in some light. A soap dish would also be handy. The bedroom is very cosy - it would be nice to have a separate indoor area to sit and relax.

The breakfast was excellent. Everything you wanted was available and the host checked with you on what type of eggs you wanted and how you wanted them cooked.

Excellent hosts and being made to feel at home. Superb breakfast, one of the best I have had. I would have no hesitation about booking again and about recommending it to others. No wonder that there are several regular bookers.

Excellent facilities. Kevin and Anne-Marie were fabulous hosts. The room was beautiful, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom immaculate. The choice for breakfast was superb and the “Full English” cooked to perfection. Several lovely walks on the doorstep through the woods for the dog topped it all off as a fantastic place to stay.
