Very comfortable room with tea/coffee making facilities and lovely en-suite shower room. The are is a very quiet but easily accessible. Kevin and Ann-Marie were the perfect hosts. Very friendly and we had a wonderful breakfast

"Great hosts, I would go back for the breakfast! Value for money home from home."

The location is away from hustle bustle of the town but not too far from the main road. It is rural and quiet. Kevin gave excellent communication about finding the house and greeted us with a warm welcome. Ensuring we had everything we needed, including tea/coffee and some scrummy biscuits on the complimentary tray in our room. The room was cosy and comfy with ensuite bathroom, nicely decorated and warm (we were visiting in a Dec Storm). We had a super choice for breakfast which we ordered on arrival for the morning, timing to suit us and how we liked our eggs! we were given a key to be able to come and go as we pleased. The bed was comfy and shower perfect. We went to breakfast, which was impressive, probably the best full English I have has for some time. Nothing was too much trouble, both Kevin and Ann-Marie are super hosts, respectful of our space but we felt welcome and comfortable. Thank you!

The was nothing I didn't like, as I was going out for a work party, it would have been useful to have a full length mirror either in the room or on the landing, you know what us girls are like! A bigger mirror in the room would have been good for me too.

Exceptionally quiet and a very comfy bed. Super friendly hosts and a delicious breakfast. Lovely woods to walk in 1 minute away. Perfect location for Nottingham and the attractive and historic market towns

Any problems are immediately addressed and sorted so all was perfect.
