"Nice room, OK location but practice with a doorbell beforehand"

Nice room, recently decorated. Breakfast a bit of a spread.

Perhaps just unlucky but as door bell didn't work had to phone to get in! Host then blamed me for' not working the button properly'. A little formal from then on. My room was at the front and there was some road noise through the night. Parking either on road nearby but only 8pm till 8am or so, or paid car park a bit away.

"Little guesthouse in Carlisle"

Friendly, comfortable and easy to find.

Constructive feedback would be to have the extra heater in the room for when heating fails. Instructions on how to use the hot water in the shower will be a valuable addition.
