"Fair"

It was a simple stay. Very homey.

Not a lit of space in bedroom and on suite. Very hot room. Didn't expect to gave to pay for breakfast above the cost if our stay. Very simple breakfast for £12.00 each.

"A great last minute stay In Carlisle."

Very clean and close to town centre. Nice decore. Friendly helpful host. Carlisle is pretty with good places to eat and drink.

Part of the shower control kept falling off, and it was a bit confusing how to change from overhead to hand held shower.

Rosalind house was a great place to stay, would definitely recommend and would visit again. The room was nicely decorated, clean and spacious. Julie was a lovely host. Very friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was great. A very nice spread set out ready for me and then a great cooked breakfast to order. I'd normally stay in anonymous hotels in Carlisle, but this was much better.

The only aspect that could have been improved was the ironing board in the room. It is big enough, but one you rest on a table rather than a traditional one. It did the job but was a little fiddly. But that is nitpicking, the room, house, host and service were all exceptional.

We had a great time at Rosalind house, the breakfast was great, and the homemade cookies in our room delicious 😋
