"Lovely relaxing stay"

Very accommodating and informative hosts, beautiful location, quaint and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed walking around the gardens. Comfortable room with lovely added additions and decor.

Nothing comes to mind, even in adverse weather, still a beautiful stay.

Lovely property, nice and cosy room with wonderful decorations, comfortable bed, great bathroom. Lovely gardens, and Alan is such a friendly and helpful host! Delicious breakfast included, and good location for exploring Peak District.

"Nice warm comfortable stay."

The breakfast was very good. The service was very good too. The house was very quiet and nice and warm. The location was very good and close to Matlock. It was a very nice stay and the host was very friendly and amiable.

It was quite hard to find a pub in the area that was open and there were few restaurants.

The lack of hot water for the spar bath which i especially want for Bev my wife for her Birthday

"Cascade Gardens B&B"

Beautiful building and surroundings. Gardens were an unexpected delight.

Location - it was a bit further away from Matlock Bath than expected and public transport to get back to the accommodation stopped at around 6pm. Alot of people would be able to park but due to mobility difficulties we didnt have this option.

"Wonderful Peak District B&B with stunning gardens"

We really enjoyed our stay at Cascade Gardens. It's a beautiful house and garden and we loved our room (India Suite). Alan who owns the place is very friendly and hospitable and gave us lots of good advice about where to go and what to do in the area. There was a good choice at breakfast which was good quality and well cooked. There's lots to do within a reasonable distance - nice towns & villages and some great walks for all levels - but you definitely need a car to get the most out of a stay here. Also a lovely small local pub - The Barley Mow - which is in walking distance. All in all this is an ideal place to stay in the Peak District.

I love the old building and the beautiful gardens, The owners are lovely too and very friendly, Breakfast both mornings was lovely with everything you would want to set you up for the day, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if I came to Matlock,
