The Dower House

Everything. Liz was an amazing, warm and energetic host. The house and garden are beautiful and a perfect location for us to explore this local area of Norfolk. Room, shower and breakfast wonderful. Thoroughly recommend.

Beautiful property with very pretty gardens. Lovely and quiet! Excellent host Liz was very attentive and provided us with the best breakfast every morning with great choice. Also had a very gorgeous well behaved Doggie! Lovely stay

The property was excellent and the host very friendly. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable stay with a taste of village life.

That we were only staying 2 nights!

Great location for Fakenham and other big towns also near the coast. Very clean lovely farm type house. Elizabeth made us a wonderful breakfast with home made bread delicious.

There was nothing not to like

Everything about this accommodation was nigh on perfect - not least because Elizabeth, the owner, is so real and genuine. Unfortunately we were only there for two nights but her home and the location oozes understated class. The breakfasts were delicious with many homemade and homegrown elements. And to top it off (for us two cat lovers) was Motsie, Elizabeth's loving black Labrador. She completed the Dower House for us 😍

The breakfast was superb, plenty of choice and home made preserves were lovely, home made bread was excellent

Cannot fault anything, we were very impressed with the whole experience , Liz was a lovely person, easy to talk to and Motsi was adorable
