Fantastic value for money. Breakfast excellent and the room and the whole place spotlessly clean. Easy to get into town walking, just a few minutes. Will return next year.

I travel frequently for work, often staying in B&B’s and hotels. This was the best breakfast and most friendly & helpful host I have come across in the last 2 years.

My room was on the road, so noisy, requiring the window to be closed.

The proprietor upon arrival was attentive to every need we had . Directed us to a suitable restaurant for an evening meal. Very happy with the room and facilities for the payment we made. Breakfast was a particular bonus . I would advise that room charges need reviewing as what we paid wasn’t enough !

The shower could have been a little more powerful but was adequate and did the job - not really an issue or complaint.

Alison made us feel very welcome on arrival and surprised me with a birthday card and chocolates. The room was lovely and the breakfast was amazing - one of the best B&B’s we have ever stayed in!

"Perfect B&B"

Great stay in a lovely B&B. The host is warm, friendly and attentive and the breakfast is top notch with a range of hot and cold options. Room was comfortable and the accommodation wasn't far from the train station. Absolutely perfect for what we needed.
