It was very clean and the proximity to the centre of Penrith was very good. The full English breakfast was excellent as well as the fresh fruit. The host, Alison, was extremely friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

The location is excellent in the centre of Penrith, with off-the-road parking to the rear of the property. The room was very comfortable, the breakfast was excellent and Alison was a superb host. No.3 is great value for money and I would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Penrith.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

This was an excellent accommodation. Very clean. Comfy bed, great breakfast and we were allowed to leave our bags until we were ready to leave Penrith. Couldn’t have asked for better service.
